Containerized Ice Block Machine with Mobile Plant and Convenient Operation
CBFI Containerized Ice Block Machine Introduction:
Containerized ice block machine is an integrited machine that fits for the mobile ice demand market, vehicle installed, and shipping installed. It is very easy for transportation and installation, if you don't have suitable place to put the machine, then we recommend you to make containerized one, because you don't need to re-build a factory again. Containerized ice block machine is matched with the crane, ice pouring shelf for ice fetching.
CBFI could design and manufacture block ice machine with two different systems:
1) High-tech direct refrigeration block ice machine (adopts aluminum alloy plate to freeze ice directly, no brine tank, ice can be eaten)
2) Traditional brine refrigeration block ice machine (with brine pool, use industrial salt as a second refrigerant, ice can not be eaten)
Compared to traditional brine system ice block machine (with brine tank, with salty water), direct refrigeration ice block machine has the advantages as follows:
1. Evaporator material: Direct refrigeration adopts aluminum alloy plate, brine system evaporator adopts stainless steel or galvanized plate material.
2. Main purpose: Direct refrigeration blocks ice is used for human consumption, keep fresh, objects cooling. Brine system block ice can only be used for keep fresh, objects cooling.
3. Power consumption: Direct refrigeration block ice plant save electricity reaching 10% than brine system block ice plant.
4. Process of ice-dropping: Direct refrigeration only needs one worker to operate, but brine system needs at least 3 worker.
5. Maintenance: Direct refrigeration can be used forever. It is corrosion resistant and with low maintenance. Brine system needs more maintenance.
6. Cost: The price of direct refrigeration is a little higher than that of brine system.
If customers don’t have an existing site to place the ice block machine, he or she can choose the ice block machine to be installed in a 20ft or 40ft container.
1) In a 20 feet container, the maximum daily capacity is 4 tons and the maximum height of block ice is 700mm.
2) In a 40 feet container, the maximum daily capacity is 10 tons and the maximum height of block ice is 900mm.
