Ice block making machine worked in 40hq with fully automatic operation system
CBFI Containerized Commericial Ice Block Making Machine Workflow:
1. Feeding water in ice moulds.
Each row of ice moulds is put to brine tank by ice crane, then the water feeder automatically fills the water in.
2. Salty water agitator makes the salty water flow cyclically.
3. Water in Ice moulds frozen.
Salty water in brine tank is cooled by refrigerator, which is running and cycling and makes the water in ice moulds frozen.
4. Melting block ice moulds.
The crane slings up block Ice moulds into ice thawing tank for melting.
5. Remove / harvest ice.
Damp the ice block from ice moulds with dumper, then store block ice.
Mainframe Unit (Bitzer compressor, water cooling condenser, evaporator)
Brne Tank (SS304 Ice Moulds Inside)
Water Pump (anti-corrossion, connect with cooling tower and condenser)

Containerized commercial block ice maker is an integrited machine that fit for the mobile ice demand market, vehicle installed, shipping installed. It is very easy for transportation and installation, if you don't have suitable place to put the machine, then we recommend you to make containerized one, because you don't need to re-build a factory again. Containerized commercial block ice maker is matched with the crane, ice pouring shelf for ice fetching, and the multi-tube water filling box for filling water automatically so that the whole operation is more convenient and reduce the manpower for the machine. Through the specialized processing for the container, the container has good anti-corrosion effect and anti-slide performance. And making a deleting sounds and sound-proof design for the refrigeration unit, it further improves the container’s working environment.
The container used for containerized commercial block ice maker is international standard container, 20 feet container and 40 feet container. In a 20 feet container, the maximum daily capacity is 5 tons and the maximum height of block ice is 700mm. In a 40 feet container, the maximum daily capacity is 12 tons and the maximum height of block ice is 900mm.
