CBFI Brine Refrigeration Ice Block Making Machine workflow:
1. Feeding water in ice moulds.
Each row of ice moulds is put into brine tank by crane, then the water feeder automatically fills the water in.
2. Salty water agitator makes the salty water flow cyclically.
3. Water in Ice moulds frozen.
Salty water in brine tank is cooled by refrigerator, which is running and cycling and makes the water in ice moulds frozen.
4. Melting block ice moulds.
The crane slings up block Ice moulds into ice thawing tank for melting.
5. Remove / harvest ice.
Damp the ice block from ice moulds with dumper, then store block ice.
Application of CBFI Ice Block Making Machine:
Block ice is used to reduce temperature, and is also used to keep fish fresh or crushed into small pieces to fresh vegetable or fruit.
Features of CBFI Ice Block Making Machine:
1.Brine tank adopts 800mm thickness polyurethane insulation material. It has good stickiness and effect in heat insulation.
2. The linear design for the ice plant, such as putting the compressor unit, brine tank, crane system, ice pouring shelf, water filling box and cold room in a line, will maximize the investment on manpower and reduce the whole cost.
3. The whole machine is movable, which makes it possible for customers to put the machine in proper place.
4. The compact desigh of the machine makes it easy to install and maintain.
