Brine tank adopts 80mm thickness polyurethane insulation material. It has good stickiness and effect in heat insulation.
Ice mold (stainless steel 304)
*design: the ice mold has groove in two sides aiming to enhance the anti-deform ability for ice molds.
*Welding Craft: the vertical welding line is formed by automatic welding machine in one time. With this welding craft, there is no insufficient solder, no skip solder. Every ice maker of Icesource has no weld beading or no broken welding. It ensures enough strength to resist the expansibility generated during ice forming process.
The brine tank has already been connected with the main machine. Customers just need to install the cooling tower and connect power and water to make ice blocks.
The whole machine is movable, which makes it possible for customers to put the machine in proper place.
