On the software of the indoor play castle, like the deck and rainbow ladder, we use nine-level high-density plate coated with 50 mm bubble sponges, the outermost coated with transverse weft PVC weave cloth with high strength from Sino German joint venture.

It has function of fire prevention and non-slide, bright-colored, tear prevention. Even if children knock against it, no risk will happen.  

On the post,we uses international standard galvanized pipe with diameter of 48mm, the sponge coated on the post is excellent EVA sponge,on which is coated with smooth PVC leather again. It is smooth, easy to clean, colorful and non-toxic.

Schedule of Warranty: 

(1)There years warranty against Structural failure caused by corrosion, deterioration from exposure to weather, defective materials and workmanship for all galvanized post and plastic materials.

(2)One year warranty against structural failure of electrical play items.

(3)One year warranty against all steel play system components including railings, climbers, and rungs against structural failure caused by defective materials and 

workmanship.

(4)One year warranty on soft decks, panels, climbers against structural failure 

caused by defective materials or workmanship.

(5)Life time warranty for all stainless hardware.

(6)Soft pipe cover, EVA mat, zip, balls are not in the list of warranty.

(7)These limited warranties are against failure caused due to material. It does not include normal/climatic wear and tear, overuse, abuse, mishandling, vandalism, negligence and cosmetic items (such as scratches, dents, marring, fading/discoloring due to acids/pigments etc, and weathering). This warranty shall be valid only if equipment’s are installed and maintained as per our installation manual. This warranty covers only repair or replacement of parts, which will be warranted only for the balance period. After warranty has expired full spare part support shall be avaliable, but client shall have to purchase the spares.
