1. Overview of CNG Mobile Filling Daughter Station
The equipment generally consists of three parts: skid-mounted CNG storage cascade for gas station, skid-mounted daughter station compressor system and dispensers, for filling CNG into NGV in the place without pipeline network access. Besides, it is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises with gas filling flow≤3000M^3 per day, driving school, and other personal own cars. The entire system is installed in a35feet or 40 feet container.The equipment is featured by a small footprint, less investment, efficient, easy installation and low operation cost.
2. Skid-mounted CNG storage cascade for gas station
Skid- mounted CNG storage cascade for gas station is mainly used at CNG mother station. CNG storage cascade for gas station consists of CNG cylinders, piping, safety valves, pressure gauge, valves, base and frame, with gas filling inlet, gas supply inlet, gas vent, safety relief valve, pressure gauge and lifting devices.

3.Compressor for daughter station
Compressor for daughter station is skid- mounted type with metal housing. It is mainly used for boosting natural gas in CNG storage cascade to dispensers, then filling CNG into vehicles. This equipment has one gas inlet connected with CNG storage cascade, and two gas outlets connected with high and low-pressure gas filling inlet of dispenser. Compressor system for daughter station is mainly composed by compressor, CNG storage cascade, sequential gas supply system, pipeline, controlling system, base and housing. Electricity consumption of entire compressor is 30KW only, average gas filling flow of 500M³ per hour (direct filling flow of CNG storage cascade included).

4. Dispenser
Two- line double nozzle dispenser is able to fill gas into two cars simultaneously, featured by efficient and fast. Advanced mass flowmeterhas functions as following, measurement, printing, storage, pull off, overpressure, power failure protection and etc.
