ZX Series Self-Clean Filtering Core Filter is a kind of clarifying separation equipment with high-efficiency, energy-saving and enclosed operation. It has traits as follows:
1.Completely enclosed filtration, no leakage, no pollution,
2.The filtering core adopts component structure which can be used widely and excellent filtering effect.
3.It can achieve thoroughly filtration one time.
4.Filter cake can be washed and dried and it can achieve the best economical benefit.
5.Adopting air blowing in reverse to discharge the residue which is rapid and clean, and also used in various sticky materials.
6.The whole process can achieve completely full-Automatization.
Working Principle
Normal filtering after a period of time, when the filter cake on the multihole filter cartridges reaches a certain thickness, will provide a singal control then the feed , then emptying the residual liquid which inside the filter, after that peovides a singal control the blowback port (compressed air, nitrogen or saturated steam) to process blowing back, make the cake fall off, after a certain time, stop blowing, provides a singal to open the port for discharge, after discharge close the discharge port, back to the initial state before filtering , ready for the next round of filtering .
Candle filter (also called microporous filter) in a closed container, combine by many pieces microporous filter cartridges, (or cover clothes outside the filter cartridges and filter medium), when filtering we should send the slurry into the filter with the pump, the liquid of the slurry through the filter medium into the center of the multihole filter cartridges, then collect them to discharge from the outlet port of the clear liquid. Before the information of the candle filter, the discharge " clear liquid" return to the raw material slurry inlet port then resend to filter as cycle filtering , until the candle filter formed ( can meet the filter requirements) , provides a singal and the control solution no longer cycle, clear liquid through the three-port valve to the use of next working procedure, then for normal filtering.
