Canistered 2''X60'' FeSiCr Anode

Canister anodes for direct burial are particularly suitable for use in low resistivity soils, vertical installation in augered holes or where the construction of an open groundbed trench. They will reduce installation costs by providing the anode and coke backfill in a self contained package. The coke backfill provides a homogenous environment for the impressed current anodes and can substantially lower the anode to earth resistance. Canisters ensure the anodes are evenly surrounded with the proper amount of coke breeze backfill. The canisters may be supplied in a variety of diameters and lengths to suit the specific anode/groundbed design.

Prepacked HSCI Anode is designed for securing simple and quality field installation of cathodic protection project. Low consumption rate, easy and quick installation and low ground resistance are the main advantages of this product. The assembly process is finished within the plant instead of in the field which effectively guarantees field installation quality of anode bed.Please inform us the number of the anodes in the design of your anode bed as well as length of anode cable and anode placement manner (horizontal or vertical) when you place orders to us.

Since we have our own R&D department, we can customize irregular high silicon cast iron anodes as per client's specific requirements and drawings. We have our own lab with German imported spectrometer for testing HSCI anodes chemical composition. The mill test report against each batch of HSCI anodes is supplied with the shipment. Warranty Certificate for 12 months is also provided against each batch of your ordered HSCI anodes.
