Industrial Automatic Electric Price of Soap Making Machine
This soap line is used to produce toilet soap with fatty acid content (active content) from 60% to 80%. Material is soap noodle. The dimension and pattern of the soap can be made by customer’s requirements.
a. Mixer: Mix the soap noodles and other additives
b. Three rollers miller: Grind and press the material
c. Refined soap plodder: Grind, refine the material and make it into bar
d. Chilling soap stamp machine: Cut and stamp soaps
e. Vacuum pump: Vacuumize the soap materials
f. Conveyors: Convey the material and soap
g. Freeze unit: Cool
