I. Description
This process line uses rice,corn,beans and all kinds of grains as raw material.through extruding ,inflating ,drying, crushing and mixing ,it could produce many kinde of nutrition powder, such as baby rice powder,sesame paste, beans powder and so on, This line could finish all the process automatically from the feeding to the end. It has features of easy operation ,with without leak of powder dust ,sanitation ,saving ebergy and easy to ad all kinds of raw materials and nutriment.
This process line canmake modified starch,denatured srarch,pre gel starch by changing diffferent designed barrel an screws of double screw extruder.Modified starch in widely used in textile ,food process oill drilling,paper,construction industries etc.
