Viscosity(BF DV-II 27#):

Approx. 1518 cps  @175°C

Approx. 2000 cps  @160°C
Approx. 2940 cps  @150°C

Softening Point(Ring & Ball): Approx.84

2)Description :

 

RY54110 is a ultra low odor hot melt positioning adhesive developed to be feminine napkin or panty line .Also it can be used for wet tissue. It provides medium cotton peel ,excellent low temperature tack etc. Not suitable for breathable PE film backsheet attachment adhesive . 

3) Application :

Operating temp :130-180 ,depending on machine , substrates, environment ,...etc ,conditions . 

Applicable for the standard conventional hot melt spray and slot extrude application system .
