Talalay Process:
In the talalay process,only a small amount of latex compound is poured into the mold, then foamed latex is expanded by vacuum to fill the mould and freeze it to capture the bubble structure at -30°C, treating it with gaseous carbon dioxide and vulcanized at 110 °c. Then it goes through the same process of stripping,washing and drying.Talalay latex is available in a much wider firmness range so it can provide enhanced comfort choice for consumers around the globe.
How to care for your Latex pillow:
Handwash using mild detergent. Rinse well. Press pillow between two towels to squeeze water out.Dry in warm air or airing cupboard .Keep away from heat or direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry.Do not dry clean.
