Dunlop Process:
The traditional Dunlop process has been used in latex foam manufacture since 1929.In the Dunlop process air is beaten into liquid latex to form wet foam :minute amounts of fluoride is used to gel the foam in a mould. The mould are then steamed to vulcanize to cure the foam.Subsequent to stripping,it goes through washing and drying.The molds are filled to the rim,air is not extracted ,and there is no freeze stage.Therefore,the latex cell structure is less 'airy".
How to care for your Latex pillow:
Handwash using mild detergent. Rinse well. Press pillow between two towels to squeeze water out.Dry in warm air or airing cupboard .Keep away from heat or direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry.Do not dry clean.
