A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

A: Yes, we can build new molds and produce by your samples.

Q3:How about your delivery time?
A: Sample needs 3-5 days.About mass production,generally, it will take 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q4:Can I have a sample order for your charcoal?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A: MOQ depends on the packaging manufacture.For example,the minimum quantity of the box is 5000.You can order less.But you need to pay a deposit for the excess packaging,the deposit will be returned in the future orders.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
