Features

1. The drilling rig has multi-functions, being suitable for direct or circulative hole-drilling in various grounds.

2. Equipped with a rotary drifter, or a rotary-percussive drifter, or a hydraulic impact hammer or a down-the-hole hammer, the drilling rig will be able to conduct various hole drillings for liquid emission, underground mini-piles, anchor rods or cables, geological exploration, geothermal reconnaissance, foundation consolidation and slope support, and for advance tunnel pipe roof support and pre-geological exploration as well.

3. Fitted with a rotary-percussive drifter, it has found wide applications in anchor rod or cable supports of foundation pits, slopes, mine lanes, etc.

4. The key component of the drilling rig, a rotary-percussive drifter powered by two motors, is selected from ThyssenKrupp in Germany. With this, the rig can carry out rapid drilling in various ground conditions. Even getting stuck during the drilling operation the drill rod can be easily and rapidly taken out by striking it reversely with the back hammering unit of the drifter,which guarantees the reliability of the drifter.

5. High quality auxiliary accessories and their optimal match ensure the reliability and stability of the drilling rigs.

6. The hydraulic system, with multi-pumps and circuits, is simple in operation, and short in downtime due to failure, which makes the complete machine durable and easy for maintenance.

7. The compact machine is easy to operate and control; its drilling frame offers smooth and flexible movement, accurate location, and reliable rising or falling, with a wider range of tilting and rotating over the same types of machines of other makes, which enables the feed masts to conduct any hole-drillings(including mini-piles hole-drilling) at any angles, and anchor support for foundation pits and slopes.
