PU Sandwich Wall panel/ Polyurethane Sandwich Wall Panel
1.Introduction:
PU Sandwich panel (Polyurethane sandwiched panel )is composed of 2 layers of weather-proof colored steel sheets and jetted the hard forms of polyurethane between 2 layers which feature fireproof materials. It is suitable for the various roofs and walls referring to the large-size factory buildings, storages, exhibition halls, gymnasiums, freezing stores, purifications workshops, etc, which features temp-keeping, heat insulation, weight-bearing, weatherproof with the rich colorfulness and good appearance.
2.Features:
1. Composed of 2 layers of weather proof colored steel sheet and jetted hard forms of polyurethane between 2 layers(fireproof material).
2. Suitable for varioud roofs and walls referring to the large size factory buildings, storages, exhibition halls, gymnasiums, freezing stores and purification workshops (tempkeeping, heat insulation, weight bearing, weatherproof, rich color and good appearance).
3. PU density: 35 to 40kg/m3.
4. Installation is convenient and flexible without the large- size lifting devices so that the constrution period is limited with the lower comprenhensive costs
5. Heavy load bearing capacity: High strength and high rigidness ang is suitable either for the weight - bearing structure or for the protectivve structure.
Good temp-keeping and heat insulation.
Fine fireproof: Test by national quality inspection center for fireproof building material, all its index reach grade A1
Packing: As per your requirement...
In the production and installation process does not produce any gases harmful to humans.
The product is Nonflammable, little shrinkage and not brittle when be used in ultra-low temperature. Most suitable for cold storage.

1. Upper/lower steel plate: Color steel plate/electric, thermal coating zinc plate/stainless steel plate thickness. 0.4-1.2mm
2. Core material: Polyurethane Density of PU is 35-80kg/m3
