1) The machine employs hydraulically-driven swing beam, the steel plate welded structure,
and accumulator -based pullback cylinder with steady and reliable operation.
2) Indicator-based adjustment of gap of blade is convenient and fast. 3) The machine is equipped with lighting alignment device, and uses stepless control
for the stroke of up tool carrier.
4) The machine uses protection fence for safe operation. 5) Digital display device for size of back gauge and shearing times available.

BRIEF INTRODUCTION:

1.All steel welded structure,vibrating treatment of ageing for removal of internal stress,with good rigidity and stability.

2.Intergrated hydraulic transmission system,with good reliability.

3.Triple support rolling guide raikl to eliminate gaps of support and enhance shearing quality.

4.Mechanical rear stopper with manual fine tuning,and digital indication.

5.Clearance in between shearing blades adjusted by motor to be quickly.accurate and convenient.

6.Rectangular blades with four cutting edges to prolon working life,adjustable shearing angle to reduce deformation of the sheet.

7.Upper blade holder has inward tilting struction to facilitate material feed in and also enhance of the work piecision.
