Specifications

AISI D2 cold tool steel plate is generally used for making various high precise durable cold work moulds.

AISI D2 cold tool steel plate (JIS SKD11 / DIN 1.2379, GB Cr12Mo1V1).

1) Chemicial composition: C=1.40~1.60, Si=0.30~0.50, Mn=0.20~0.50, Cr=11.00~13.00,

Mo=0.70~1.20, V≤1.10.

2) Delivery condition: EAF or ESR, hot rolled or forged, black or machined surface, annealed, hardness: HBS=207~255.

3) Application: used for making various high precise durable cold work moulds, like: punch moulds, cold squeezing moulds and precise measurers.

4) Inspection: 100% ultrasonic according to the test standard SEP 1921-84 GR.3. Class D/D

5) Certificate: mill test cerficate can be offered.
