Product Description
large capacity pvc powder mixer
Machine Application
It is mainly used in plastic powder adding, mixing, drying, coloring, etc. All mixers adopt the double-sealed pot cover. The main shaft adopts the framework oil seal. Steel jacket, heat treated and grinding processed, is hard to damage the oil seal. The blade all have gone through the static balance and dynamic balance test. All electric parts are international well-known brand products to guarantee full automatic control.

Advantages of the equipment:
1.Mixer pan
It has multilayer structure, barrel wall and bottom adopt stainless steel. It has round pot. Its inner surface is smooth, hard wear-resisting, corrosion resistance and not easy to stick material. Pan wall adopts 304 stainless steel, which is more durable.
2.Pot cover
It is made of cast aluminum. The inner surface are polished and has fine workmanship.
3.Hot mixer
It adopts the electric heating. Its heat conduction adopts heat transfer oil. The friction between the surface of impeller and material, the pushing force on material from lateral make the temperature rising.
4.Cold mixer
Cold mixer pot body is equipped with water cooling jacket. It achieves the effect of cooling material by water cooling circulation.
5.Transmission parts
The paddle is made by stainless steel. After special processing, it is wear resistant and corrosion resistant.
6.The main shaft
It uses the NKS or SKF bearing.

7.Electric cabinet
The electrical elements all adopt famous brands all over the world.
