Green Cosmotec was one of the first manufacturers which produced and sold tempered glass protector and AB double-sided adhesive. By assimilating AB-sided adhesive technology, market experience and lessons, nano series anti-explosion soft PET Protective material are introduced to the market.
Structure of Nano Anti-explosion soft PET Protective Material:
1. First layer (protective layer): PET protective film (blue film / red / black, etc.)
2. Second layer (use layer): Hardening PET base (3H, 5H, 9H)
3. Third layer (use layer): AB double-sided adhesive
4. Fourth layer (protective layer): PET release film (clear / black)
Total thickness of the use layer: 0.2 ~ 0.33mm
Advantages over tempered glass film:
1. Relatively unique and better resistance to impact, abrasion-resistant, long life and other advantages;
2. High strength, anti-explode and anti-broken;
3. More simple production process;
4. With transparency, abrasion resistance and air permeability;
5. Anti-scratch, anti-stain, anti-fingerprint, anti-blue;
6. No residue, high-performance in air-exhausting, easier to be pasted;
