Center through cable drilling pipes
Center through cable drilling pipes is mainly used in underground tunnel directional drilling and geological controlled directional drilling. It plays important role in underground coal seam measurement and mine gas extraction. Center through cable drilling pipes are adopted heat treatment to enhance its intensity, hardness and extend its service lift. Special designed thread ensures safe and reliable connection. The general specification is Φ73×7,Φ71×5.5,Φ95×7 and also can be produced upon customers requirements.
Established in 1975, Our factory is subordinated to Hebei Geology and Mineral
Industries Department. As the designated production enterprise, Our factory
specialized in manufacturing drilling equipment and auxiliary tools.
It is a member of China Mining Association, vice chairman of the Geological
and Mining Equipment Branch, a member of China Geological and
Equipment General Corporation, a member unit of National
Water Well Drilling Rig Information Network and a designated production enterprise
of the General Reserve Department of PLA.
Our factory has well equipped production equipment, strong technical strength,
perfect detection methods, reliable product quality and advanced management concept.
It has the domestic most advanced equipment, including the Numerical Controlled (NC)
friction welding machine, drill pipe hammer forging and all-in-one tempering equipment.
Besides, it is equipped with non-destructive testing (NDT), physical experiment,
chemical composition analysis and metallurgical analysis apparatus.Our factory get the ISO9001 in 2009 and API certification in 2002 one after another,
which becomes one of the API authorized enterprises in geological departments.
