General requirement of Gas Generator :
1. Gas source requirement:
Gas inlet pressure: 0.8-2.0kpa (higher water pressure must use decompression machine)
Caloric value : ≥5000 kcal/Nm3 or ≥21MJ/Nm3 (lower heat value will decrease the gen-set power output)
H2S ≤ 20mg/Nm3
Impurity granularity ≤ 5 μm
Impurity content ≤ 30 mg/Nm3
Water content ≤ 40mg/Nm3
CH4 content ≥ 50%
(The gas must be to desulfurize and dehydrate and dust removal before inlet methane generator)
2. Application area:
Biogas generator: dairy and poultry farm, food processing ( starch, alcohol, palm oil ),industrial waste, Bio garbage processing, landfill etc.
Natural gas generator : Pipeline natural gas, liquid natural gas (LNG),coal mine industry, crude oil industry.
LPG generator : Crude oil industry.

Adopt ATS( automatic transfer switch) to achieve the automatic transfer from the generated electricity to grid electricity 3. The monitor and display on the voltage, current, frequency, active/apparent power, power factor of the generated electricity /grid electricity etc. 4. The monitor and display on the gen-set’s water temperature, oil pressure, rotational speed, battery voltage, running hours, accumulative total power and number of starts 5. Protection alarm and fault automatic storage on high water temperature, low oil pressure, double speeding, over current, over voltage, over frequency and phase failure etc. | |
