Instructions for use: (to access the MCU for example)
VCCIO: Output 3.3V or 5V (USB-powered module jump, jumper shall 3.3V or 5V)
GND: GND connection
TXD: pick MCU.RX (signal flow: MCU.RX << PL2303 << PC.TX)
RXD: pick MCU.TX (signal flow: MCU.TX >> PL2303 >> PC.RX)
