Technology
1. The test function of tensile strength tester:
(1) The tensile load of the suspended isolator for 500 KN class and 500 KN classes below can be performed.
(2) All mechanical load test for normal temperature can be performed in one by one test, sampling test, design test, type test etc.
(3) When tests are performed one by one, there is slow unloading function on the hydraulic system so as to protect the test piece
and when break test is made, there is fast unloading function so as to protect the equipment.
(4) In whole 96 hours procedure of design test and type test the amplitude of wave motion of on-load force is not above 3%.
2. Parameter of Frame
(1) The effective working length of frame is 8000 mm and the width of frame is 600 mm.
(2) The oil cylinder is structure of fixed form, there is traveling car on the other side, the test piece for different length
can be suspended by the traveling car to be moved, so as to the test accuracy is more high and the test procedure is more convenient.
(3) The travel of oil cylinder is 520 mm and the speed of empty travel is 500-600 mm/min.
(4) The total length of frame is 9875 mm × 1000 mm × 750 mm.
3. Hydraulic system
The oil is supplied by means of high and low pressure oil pump, the oil supply for low pressure oil pump can be used as
adjust travel of cylinder and the oil supply section for high pressure oil pump can be used as separate main system for
tensile strength work test i.e. high pressure oil pump, proportional valve, energy accumulator etc. can be used to make
sure that work is steady and hold pressure. The whole system is hydraulic stand for energy saving type.
4. Control system
For electronics control section, the data acquisition and processing can be performed by means of computer. The software is one
interface, only when the test method category and rating data is entered, the tester can be operated instantly, it is simple and learning
easy, safety and reliable, and the curve between tensile load and time can be shown dynamically. The test result can be showed, saved,
reread and printed.
5. Accuracy of equipment metering
(1) Max tensile strength: 500 KN.
(2) The imported force sensor is used and the measurement accuracy is ± 1%.
(3) Measurement accuracy calibration will be performed by Shanghai metering technical academe (national metering authority) and the
metering report can be issued and certified.
