Introduction: Cooler is mainly used for cooling of particle material. The temperature of pellet after pelletizing is always 70-90℃, this process is to make the temperature a little higher than ambient temperature (generally not higher than 3-5℃). The hardness of pellet after cooling is strengthened, and is convenient for storage and transportation.

There are three main kinds of cooling machines for you reference:

1.Cooling and Vibrating Screener(SLFJ Series)

Screening body's driving mode is balanced vibration, that is, in screening of symmetry ship installation with two vibration motor drive body, two motor to relative to offset the horizontal vibration force, vertical vibration force stack, ensure the nomal body movement trajectory of screen, screening effect is good.
