Machine specification
A .adopts advanced microcomputer control system, stable performance, the conveyor automatically send embryo;
B use infrared heating lamps, penetrating power strong, embryo heated while rotation, orbital revolution, heating uniformity, rapid and reliable;
C light tube in heating area, reflector width and height can be adjusted to suit the different structure preform heating, and automatic exhaust temperature device in order to ensure constant temperature of the drying tunnel;
D, each machine has a safety self-locking device, when a processes have problem, the program will automatically switch to a safe state;
E.all the action drive by the cylinder , do not use pumps, with no pollution, low noise;
F gas way design divide action and air blowing into three parts, action to meet the needs of the different pressure of the blowing, action;
G cooling system to achieve the desired cooling effect; H- the bottle scrap rate less than 0.2%
Easily operation:
Step 1. Put the preform into preform container and the conveyer will take the preform to orientation units automatically.
Step 2. Load the preform at neck up to preform holder, and then preform is conveyed into baking tunnel.
Step 3. After heating, preform is conveyed into the blow station, then close the mold, stretch and blow under low pressure and high pressure, exhaust, open the mold.
Step 4. The finished bottle is taken off by automatic discharging system
Before sales: the buyer must cooperate with us with patience, and provide us all needed informations, these information is very important, because the final solution based on these informations.
During build: we will update the manufacturing process and status to buyers, and we will invite buyer come to test the machine when it finished in our factory, if the buyer think it is ok, we will arrange shipping; or we can take the testing video and send to buyer, the purpose is that the buyer?can inspect the machine but without travelling.
After sales: We will send technicians to buys factory for installation, commissioning, and operator training; Our warranty period is 12 months, in this period, we provide free parts for buyer as well as the necessary technical support.Out of warranty period, we offer free technical support, and the cost price of spare parts
