BXM(D)51 IIB Explosion proof distribution Exd box 400*650mm
1. Can be used in hazardous areas: Zone 1 and Zone 2 .
2. Can be used in explosive gas atmospheres of Category II A and II B and II C where the temperature classification is T1-T6.
3. Enclosure is cast with aluminnium alloy,surface is sprayed with plastic,fine outline.
4. With overload and short circuit protection functions.
5. Mould structure,each branch circuit can be assemled freely.
Product Features
1.Enclosure is cast with aluminum alloy or steel plate. Surface is sprayed with plastic by high pressure static. The shell and exposed fixed parts can be made of stainless steel.
2.The series of products is complex type or flameproof type, the hybrid of the electrical box is flameproof type and the junction box is increase safety type.
3.Mold structure, each branch circuit can be assembled freely.
4.Some products can be added hinges on request, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.
5.Built-in C65N, NC100H and S25-S high disjunction mini-circuit breaker, M611 or GV2 motor protector, 3VE1 air switch, CM1 plastic mounded circuit breaker and signal lamp.
6.Has over loading and short circuit protection function, leakage protection device can be added on request.
7.It can be made on request, including adding electric surge protector, ammeter and voltmeter and so on. Also can configure with padlock metal handles outside.
8.Wiring with steel tube or cable.
Applications
1. Can be used in zone 1 and zone 2, group IIA, IIB and IIC explosive atmosphere and zone 20, zone 21, zone 22 flammable dust atmospheres.
2. Temperature class: T1~T6
3. Indoor or outdoor (IP54, IP65*, IP66* indicate it when ordering).
4. Can be used in the chemical, petroleum refining, petroleum exploitation, offshore platform, tankers, military industry and other dangerous places.
