Q: How to get a sample? 
A: ANSWER:  Usually, we make free samples for you, while you afford shipping charge of samples. But when the sample need new design men underwear, you will afford the design charge. And after we make a deal, the sample fee will be returned to you.

Q: How to pay express charges if order samples? 
A: ANSWER:For those customer, who has DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account, can give us your account and we will send the samples by freight collected. For those customers, who do not have an express account, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly to our company account or paypal. Then we will delivery the samples by prepaid.

Q: How to pay sample charges? 
A: ANSWER:You can pay to our company account or paypal. When we received the sample fee, we will arrange to make the samples for you. The prepare time for sampe will be 2-7days .

Q: What is your terms of payment? 
A: ANSWER:Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, we prefer 30% of total amount as down payment and the balance paid after shipment(after seeing the copy of B/L).

Q:Is your product good quality?
ANSWER:The quality is depend on the price,we have thousands of products, we can't promise that all the products have the same quality.
Q:Can you give me a discount?
ANSWER:we are OEM&Wholesale company, our policy is that bigger quantity,cheaper price.
Q:The shipping cost is too high, can you give me more cheaper?
ANSWER:we will use the cheapest and safest courier, and it is shipping company who ask us to pay, we can't give you cheaper, pls kindly understand, if u think it is too expensive, you can use your own shipping company,it is ok for us.
Q.Can you offer free shipping?
ANSWER:we have given the cheapest price as we can, and we did not add the shipping cost into the products' cost, so we can't offer free shipping, pls kindly understand,tks!
