I. Introduction of the metal slitting line:
Slitting line machine is not only for the steel service cutting industry, but also for the pipe industry. A lot of customers make the pipes before slitting the large coil to the small size of coils.
This series of slitting line is used for slitting coils into required width through the procedure of uncoiling, slitting and recoiling.
This automatic coil slitting line is a integration of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic technology. It is easy to operate, and has high production efficiency. It is capable of processing CR coils, silicon steel coils, stainless coils, and colored or plated coils. Thickness are such as 0.3~2, 0.5~3, 1~6, 2~8, 3~12, 6-16mm, etc.
