I.Function:
This accumulator permits continuous operations of strip processing lines, there by reducing costly delays caused by end of a coil. The operation consists of feeding material into the inside of the super coil accumulator, and then transfer it to the outside diameter until the desire amount of strip storage is accumulated. During this time, the material is continulusly feed inti the tube mill. When the coil end is reached, the incoming material stops for coil joining. Stored material, however, is continuously removed form the outside of the accumulator and pulled into the processing line. Since the accumulated strip is constantly turning, there is virtually no additional load imposed on the tube mill. Sheared and welded strip is temporarily accumulated in this unit for continuous operation of the mill.

It is used for saving, loading, driving the strips. It include force parts, inner circular, middle roller, and level roller. The outer circular block rollers, feeding block rollers, the driven parts include the motor, gearbox and connection shaft.
High overturn support;
Electric controller;
It is with safety protections, emergency stop function, the main parts can be international standard. The electronic parts brand is Schneider.
