I. Function:
This computer flying saw is one important equipment of total production line with features of fast speed, high precision due to STD control system.
II.Construction:
machine body, gear box, saw car, speed measuring system, air system, drive system, electric system, roller frame, etc.
III. Operation:
It is full automatic operation.
The machine is travelling at same speed as tube on the carriage which is driven by AC. Servo motor. Tube is clamped by two hydraulic cylinder on both and cut by rotating saw which drop down by hydraulic cylinder on bearing with rail. Then, the machine returns rapidly to starting point. The saw is driven by AC. Motor. Cut length is accurately controlled by servo drive unit.
