Plasma polishing (EDTM) machine Main features:
(1) Depending on the size of the workpiece, the workpiece can reach nearly mirror-polishing effect within tens of seconds to two minutes, so that subsequent processing is very convenient;
(2) effectively removed during polishing, stamping or other manufacture of the corner member burr;
(3) a polishing process, to produce a layer of the surface passivation film, to keep the light durability, enhanced corrosion resistance of the polished surface;
(4) polishing uniformity of location, or even the entire surface of the workpiece can reach all parts of the dead nearly identical mirror effect;
(5) is controlled by the electrical parameters of the polishing process, the whole process imported PLC automatic control, simple operation, easy maintenance;

(7) chemical polishing process does not produce pollution
(8) ability to clean: Before EDTM system not only positioned as a quick polish outside agencies, but also suitable for a variety of shapes alloy surface decontamination, degreasing, go to the oxide layer, cleaning residual impurities and chemicals, surface coating provides the most high-quality pre-processing.
1. Apply to deburr the hard internal burrs. It can form a small circle in cross holes or edges.
