Solar Water Heater nickel-plated Heat pipe
Feature:
A perfect combination of vacuum tube and heat pipe
1. Higher heat efficiency: advanced heat transfer style of the heat pipe, excellent selective absorb coating and perfect combination with high vacuum heat preservation.
2. Wide applicable range: as heat pipe has few heat capacity, it can be started quickly even under cloudy day and collect heat effectively. It can work normally even -30 degree. As no water in vacuum tubes, it can effectively prevent lowing of heat efficiency due to frost cracking or scaling.
3. Each individual tube can work independently, and the whole machine can still work if one tube is broken. The service life of the heat pipe can work more than 15 years.
4. The unique connection between heat pipe and vacuum tube can ensure both sealing and replace of broken vacuum tubes.
Nickel-plated heat pipe vacuum tube with the advantage of easy-pulling out. As manifold is made of copper, if heat pipe condensor also with copper, after long time use, copper will fix to each other tightly. But for nikel-plated, we won't meet this problem.
Working principle
The selective coating on the inner cover of the vacuum tubes converts solar energy into heat energy and transfers heat to heat pipe by aluminum fins. The liquid in heat pipe changes into vapor which rises to the condenser. The heat then passes through heat exchanger and the vapor becomes liquid, returning to the base of heat pipe. And heat conducts to the heat transfer liquid (anti-freezing liquid) via a copper pipe. This transference of heat into the liquid creates a continuous circulation as long as the collector under the sun.
