3.Top Lock Brake   Locks wheel only.     Fits 3',3 1/2",4"and 5" swivel models. Field installable(Specify TLB1);

4.Nylon Top Lock Brake  Locks wheel only.    Fits 3',3 1/2",4"and 5" swivel models. Field installable(Specify TLB2).
