Double-screw designed pvc plastic extruder
Double-screw designed pvc plastic extruder is constituted by conical twin screw extruder,and corresponding PVC Crust Foam mould,calibration mould,cold tray device,haul off parts,cutting edge device stacker and so on.Copact structure,superior performance.The gear device,screw barrel and foaming T-die all was co-researched together by Chinese well-known manufacture,Extruder adopts frequency control,screw and barrel is specially designed super cone structure,compared with conventional extrusion increased by 30%,saving 20-30%,with plastic uniform,stable extrusion,high output,longevity long and so on.

Extruder:
The power is 75KW,(speed can be adjusted by inverter),output is about 400kg/hour,(specification 1220*2400mm or 915mm*1830mm,Thickness is about 3-30mm).The motor is SIEMENS,Inverter is ABB or SIEMENS,Tmperature controller is OMRON,and Contactor is SCHNEIDER or SIEMENS,others are China famous brand Chint.
The mould:
The lastest twelfth generation mould(The mould is designed by ourselves,and produced by the famous manufacturer in China).
pvc foam board forming machine:
4pairs calibrator blocks,the shaping plate is thickened,widening,aggravating,chase hole,multi-channel,spacing can be adjusted ,this technology has costed our company 8 years to improve it gradually,it is the other manufacturers can not imitate.
Coolong roller system and cut blade trimming machine:

8 pairs rubber rollers(controlled by inverter) and electric trimming machine

6.Haul off machine motor:Two motors,one motor can control 4 pairs rollers,another motor control another 4 pairs rollers.if thickness is 5mm just work one motor is ok,can save more electricity powder for you in long time.

The characteristics of PVC(WPC) foam board
First,This is a completely waterproof material, because it is plastic, it is widely used in the place of the outside balcony, Plank Road, a swimming pool, lake, beach, ship deck and so on.
Second, this is a completely anti-termite, anti-moth-eaten material, because it does not contain fibrin.
Third, this is a material with a good performance of flame retardant. We have done experiments. This excellent fire retardant property of foam boards foam is much better then wood and wood-plastic materials.
Fourth, it is one that does not decay, is radiation-free and non-toxic and in line with national testing standards. It is maintenance-free, and the maintenance of pollution can be avoided.
Fifth, the bending resistance of this material and a surface hardness are higher than that of wood, wood materials. The grip nails is stronger than the wood-plastic which is flat with wood.
Sixth, price levels of this material in the current market has the promotion conditions, it is definitely cheap and fine.
