Multi-stage Sliding Sleeve Fracturing Tools
1. Multi-stage sliding sleeve fracturing technology is an effective method for the stimulation of directional and horizontal wells drilled for shale gas and low permeability reservoirs.
2. Based on formation geological conditions and reservoir production requirements, the horizontal well may be separated into certain intervals by openhole packers, fracturing balls are released one by one from the surface ball launcher to open each corresponding sliding sleeve and fracture the reservoir stage by stage.
3. The drainage area of oil and gas reservoir is enlarged and recovery is increased.
4. Multi-stage sliding sleeve fracturing tools include: downhole isolation valve, openhole packer, hydraulic-activated sleeve, ball-activated sleeve, seal bore packer, stinger seal assembly and surface ball launcher.
5. Currently, our fracturing balls can hold 70 MPa pressure.
6. 14 stages can be achived when using 3-1/2" tubing running string.
7. 16 stages can be achived when using 4-1/2" tubing running string.
8. Associated openhole packers and seal bore packers can withstand 70 MPa differential pressure.
9. The surface ball launcher has no limitation on the quantity of balls to be released.
