Industrial carbon steel belt conveyor roller:
Friction adjusting idler is of very strong ability of preventing conveyor belt damage and sideslip. It is based on the friction and friction wheel radian adjusting mechanism to prevent and correct conveyor belt sideslip.
Conveyor Roller Detail:
1. Rubber Roller Dia 50mm-219mm, length 190-3400mm, which are used in the steel industry, harbor, coal industry, power industry, cement industry, etc
2.Tube: Q235
3. Rubber Roller Shaft: 45# STEEL
4.Bearing: Single & Double Row Deep Groove Ball Bearing 2RZ&2Z with C3 clearance.
5. Rubber Roller Seals: Grease retaining inner seal with Multi-stage Labyrinth and Retention Cap with Outboard Rubbing Flinger Seal.
6. Lubrication: Grease is Lithium soap type grease with Rust Inhibitors.
7. Rubber Roller Welding: Mixed gas shielded arc welding end
8. Rubber Roller Painting: ordinary painting, hot galvanized painting, electric static spraying painting, baked painting
