Product Explanation:
MPAL uses multiple composite modes to perform monopole and dipole array acoustic logging and dipole S-wavelet direct logging in open hole and cased hole. The parameters such as P-wave, S-wave and Stoneley wave slowness of soft and hard formations can be directly extracted from the measured data and are used in geologic evaluation of reservoir, including lithologic identification, rock mechanics characteristic prediction, formation porosity calculation and permeability estimation etc.
