Product Description

Features:

Specially designed for delivering the high temperature liquid (asphalt, residual oil, waxy oil, slurry etc.)

for devices of tower bottom. Besides with the features of 2GaRT series small capacity high temperature

twin screw pump. They have the features as follows: (a). Intermediate structure, pump body is supported

by base bearing housing is supported by pump body, making sure that pump can run normally when the

pipe line has thermal distortion in high temperature working condition. (b). Packaging bearing and gear

structure, bearing housing is with complete water cooling, protecting the bearing and gear from the influence

of the high temperature environment. (c). Driving,driven shafts and screws are supported and located by three points,

suitable for higher working pressure.

Capacity: 40~350m3/h

Outlet pressure: 0.2~2.5MPa

Temperature of pumped liquid: ≤450°C

Speed: 50~750r/min

Viscosity range: 1~106mm2/s
