High-density calking screen
Product properties:
1. Calking screen is composed by base pipe, calking casing and stainless steel ring. It is with high overall strength and ability to resistance deformation, excellent corrosion resistance and high reliability.
2. The openings filter casing is arranged on the side to reduce direct erosion from sand flow and form lateral flow to improve efficiency,
3. The screen precision of screen casing can be controlled between the ranges of 0.2mm-0.8mm with error of 0.02mm to ensure good flow accuracy and flow area.
4. The calking screen set and perforated pipe are welded. The calking is spiral distributed with spiral welded to significantly improve intensity of screen set and ensure reliable function of sand prevention.
5. The central pipe is made by standard API casing or oil pipe. High density calking screen is made by S304 stainless steel.
6. This product can be used in vertical wells, deviated and horizontal wells and other cased hole completion or open hole completion for various oil, gas and water wells. It also can be used as sand control pipe or together with gravel calking
