Product Explanation:Finished CT is completed at one time in pipe mill by continually production of special long tube strip, and the finished CT product must be spooled on reel for delivery to user for use. During working, the CT products shall be bended and deformed repeatedly, and it shall be re-spooled on the reel after using. The Coiled Tubing is mainly used for well logging, workover, drilling, completion etc. and the Coiled Line Pipe is mainly used for oil recovery, offshore pipeline and line pipe etc. On June 24, 2009, the first CT with the length of 7600m, CT80 Φ31.8×3.18mm was successfully spooled at BSG. It is indicated that China is the second country after America in the world who can produce the CT. Now we can produce the high quality coiled tubing as per API Spec 5ST and coiled line pipe as per API Spec 5LCP standards
