Container Steel Introduction

A special rolling unit for centralized rolling has been established in the production process of this series of products. The key technical parameters are strictly controlled and managed. The physical indicators of quality are much higher than the corresponding values of the JIS standard. The addition of rare earth microelements has improved the form of harmful inclusion such as sulfide, so that SPA-H & SM490A steel has an excellent cold-bending processability. The accuracy to thickness of the steel plates is high and the difference between vertical thickness and horizontal thickness is small. The steel plates have good shape and surface quality after rolling and levelling. The use of converter in steel-making and in-mold feeding rare earth wire pouring in continuous casting has make the steel clean with low content of P&S.
