It also can test the specimen which has done the drop and compression test. The product is designed and manufactured according to GB/T15171-94 (the Seal Testing Method for soft packaging). Working principle:
To vacuum the vacuum room and make the pressure difference between inside and outside of the specimen in the water. We can valuate the seal capability by observing the air permeability situation of the specimen.

ASTM D 3078 Standard Test Method for Determination of Leaks in Flexible Packaging
Introduction:
It is applicable in testing the leak capability of soft packaging, semi-rigid package, rigid packaging in food, beverage, pharmacy, etc industry. Through the test, it can well observe and evaluate the bottle cap or closed container’s seal craft and sealing property, provide scientific date for relative technical research.
Character:
This tester uses air positive pressure source; control pressure and time by micro-computer to detect the bottle’s sealing property and seal craft; Adopts PLC control; LCD display; test results print out; can test two samples in one test.
Working principle:
To vacuum the vacuum room and make the pressure difference between inside and outside of the specimen in the water. We can valuate the seal capability by observing the air permeability situation of the specimen. It also greatly improves the accuracy of the seal test.
Operational environment and working conditions:
1. Environment temperature: 5~40°C
2. Relative humidity: ≤80%
3. Air pressure range: 86~106kPa
4. Power: 220V, 50HZ (grounding wire required)
5. Air source: 0.15 ~ 1.5 Mpa (air source pressure should larger than test pressure)
