Introduction

XPS fiber cement board is a kind of composite board with fireproofing, heat and sound insulation,

light features. The inner crosser and special steel materials not only offer powerful rigidity support for the whole construction, but also can prevent the fire spreading effectively. The one block 3000mm×1220mm super large board can apply in the construction with floor height below 3 meters without any integration. The simple installation not only increases efficiency and material utilization rate, but also keeps a clean and quiet installation site, which will not bring rubbish and a mass of dust. As a kind of high quality heat insulation wall, it applies to Villa, shopping mall, hotel, office, dust-free workshop, apartment and moveable house etc.

Features:

1.The board excludes any asbestos and it will not emit smoke and gas when the board fires. The incombustibility is complying to GB8624-1997A standard.

2.The super heat insulation capability can save the power consumption for cooling and heating of the construction.

Notice: impact strength is the maximum impact times before board cracked. Test condition: swing shock with 30KG weight sand bag and 0.5M fall.

Joint

1. Fixing countersunk stainless steel self tapping screw at the purline on edges of the board, which is for orientation and fixation.

2. Using one piece screw per 40cm space. If there is hiding steel or purline, it has to been fixed by the screw.

3. The joint is fixed by staple on the tenon, which gap is around 3mm. Filling the gapfiller into the gaps effectively and strickling the filled gap with scraper.

4. Sanding the filled gap slightly when it is dry enough, and then mopping up the second layer gapfiller.

5. When the second layer gapfiller is dry enough, sanding the joint surface slightly till it become even. Then you can do the final decoration of the wall surface.
