Features:
1.Machine control by PLC, and frequency-converting speed adjustment. The control panel utilizes touch screen, on which all parameter are shown so that troubles points are reduced, Trouble testing is available.
2.Main electric parts such as PLC, frequency converter, touch screen and temperature control moudle all use international brand, high quality that ensure stable performance machine.
3.The temperature of horizontal and vertical sealing can be set up and displayed on the touch screen, The temperature control is finished by PLC, The PID temperature control mode can precisely control the temperature within 1 centi degree, so that even single film of 0.02mm thickness can ralize perfect packaging effect.
4.The utilization of forward & backward tracing, and precise photoelectric switches, ensure precision of tracing and accuracy of cutting, It guarantees complete, perfect out-looking and convenient ajdustment, The funcation of fixed cutter suspension, which makes the cutter always stop at fixed position, effective avoids film buring and reduces material wasting.
5.Packs are filled full automatically and sealed at once instead of manual pre-fabricating, Cost and labor is greatly reduced, and production room gets much cleaner.
6. Ther sterilization with E.O gas is speeded, so occurrence of pack and carton bulgs is reduced, good package appearence.
