M6.28CH water-mixing center for underfloor heating
Introduction
M6.28CH water mixing center apply to the underfloor heating systems. It mixing the high temperature water from heating recourse side with the low temperature water from the heating return water. To keep the using life time of heating pipe, wooden floor, and human health, that supply water couldn't exceed 60℃. Usually the supply water required from 35℃to 50℃.The heat recourse side supply and return water of mixing device is passive transmission pipe, which means the pressure difference of heat recourse side pipes decide the Max. flow of heat recourse pipes. The built-in pump of the device is only to boost cycle of the terminal heating pipes that is not impact the heat recourse flow.
Functions
When the water mixing device indicator's light is on(room thermostat get the control signal), the controller control the valve inlet flow according to the setting temperature, pump works and keep the supply temperature stable. When the indicator light is off(on heat signal), the water mixing device turn off the inlet valve and pump automatic, it is in standby mode. The relationship between temperature difference and flow is T1*Q1=T2*Q2. When heat recourse side flow is small, the temperature difference is big, when load side flow is big, the temperature difference is small
