Surface treatment	:	Zinc, nickel, chrome, siver, gold plating, QPQ, painting, printing, anodizing, powder coating, black oxidation, full hardening, case hardening, induction hardening
Tolerance	:	We do according to customer drawing, if we find the tolerance after careful studying is hard to achieve, we will quote with conditions.
Quality system	:	Parts will be checked before delivery, measure report with CPK value and corresponding bubble drawing as well as material certificate, hardening report, etc (if there is surface treatment) will be presented for approval before shipping, we will check the parts to ensure parts are in good condition
Inspection machines	:	Projector, CMM, hardness tester, roughness tester, salt spray tester, tensile strength tester, caliper, micrometer, height gauge, thread ring and plug gauge, pin gauge,etc.
Drawing format	:	PDF, CAD in DGW or DXF format, 3D in IGES or STEP format, Picture format.
Payment Terms	:	Part: 50% advance payment and balance before shipment (If tooling involved, tooling charge 50% in advance and balance after sample approval)

Q: Will my drawing be safe after you get it?

A: Sure, we will not release your design to any third parties without your permission, we can sign the NDA if needed.

Q: How to deal with the complains if it happens?

A: Please rest assured that all our products are inspected with measuring report as well as other related documents before delivery, generally speaking,there will no non-conformance; in case of complains, please contact us with 30 days after receiving the goods, we will find the root causes and corrective & preventive actions, of course,we take full responsibility for the claims.
