The equipment can combine solar aluminum frame and solar panel at one time. Combining frame and riveting as a whole four corners of aluminum rectangular frame can be riveted at the same time. Long and wide size stepless adjustable operation easy, flexible and convenient.
First, the safety instructions:
1. Must use the single-phase AC power supply 220V/50Hz, prohibited the use of other power sources. To prevent electrical shock and electrostatic interference, equipment power supply must be good grounded.
2. Stable and continuous gas supply, pressure 0.4Mpa-0.8Mpa.
3. During pneumatic advancing process, the operator can not touch the device, to prevent hand clamped.
4 must cut off the power before servicing, gas source.
5 non-professionals can not operate the equipment.

Third, Equipment installation:
1, Framing machine should be installed near power supply, gas supply and having spacious place.
2, Adjusting foundation bolts, keep the guide rails of machine bed consistent level.
3, Access to power and gas supply, gas supply pressure is 0.4Mpa-0.8 Mpa.
