Keyland Solar Module El Defecting Machine
Keyland has researched and developped "Electroluminescent" of solar photovoltaic module defect detection equipment, its highly sensitive infrared camera can detect defective solar module, which can help users know the solar module and panels from defects in material or workmanship defects.
The equipment can be applied before and after lamination process , Defect Detector is an important and effective process monitoring and testing equipment.
It consists of a set of specialized optical imaging systems, and high-sensitivity camera module, which is available to users in the the preparation process, product quality testing.
Electric control part: The main control system of device is relay ;Electronic control components including: relays, contactors, solenoid valves, lights, etc

Camera:uses near-infrared 600W pixel optics camera(option)
Defect detection types:
1.Defects of Solar cell material (debris, cracked, broken gate, pollution)
2, Defects from the welding process (Weld, Desoldering)
3, Mix different levels Cell

3. Exposure time 1s to 60s (adjustable settings) to facilitate different testing needs

6. Unique probe design mode allows successful power modulelocations in the greater error
