1.Frame: 2mm thick square aluminium tube, surface finished with spray painting, size: 30*30mm.
2.Inner structure: 10mm thick plywood and high density soft foam.
3.Cover:Wear resistant fabric.
4.End of legs: Durable plastic stoppers, protecting the legs from scratch.
5.Options: A.Steel or aluminium tube can be used for frame.
B.Size and shape of tube.
C.Tube surface finishing: Imitation wood or spray painting or powder coating.
D.Fabric or leather or PU for cover is available.
E.Fire resistant fabric is optional. Standard:UK(BS5852), USA(CA117)
Production process:
1.Bending aluminium tube into chair frame, drilling, weldind and polishing.
2.Spraying paint.
3.Putting plastic stoppers in legs.
4.Cutting fabric, sewing.
5.Assembling seat and back to chair frame.
6.Fixing chair with screws.
Packaging & Shipping:
1.Stack package: bubble bag + plastic bag + non-woven bag.
Carton package: bubble bag + plastic bag + export carton.
2.Port of loading: Guangzhou, shenzhen, foshan.
3.Deliverytime: 30 days / 40HQ after deposit received.
Terms:
1.Trade terms: EXW, FOB & CIF, etc.
2.Payment terms: LC or TT, 30% of total value should be paid as deposit before producing,
balance should be cleared before loading container.
